摘要

前列腺特异性膜抗原(PSMA)高表达于前列腺癌及其转移灶中，可作为生物分子靶点，在前列腺癌的早期诊断、分期、复发检测、预后判断及靶向治疗中具有重要价值。本文重点综述以核素标记PSMA小分子抑制剂为探针的前列腺癌分子影像研究进展。

Abstract

Prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) is expressed in normal prostate epithelial cells and strongly up regulated in initial and advanced prostate carcinoma. Therefore

PSMA is an attractive molecular target for the detection of primary and metastatic lesions. It plays an important role in the diagnosis

staging

prognostic evaluation and targeted treatment in prostate carcinoma patients. This review will summarize the progress of small molecular radionuclide probes

which targeted PSMA

for visualizing prostate cancer.
