摘要

超声是肝脏疾病的首选影像学检查方法。近年来随着超声造影、融合影像、声弹性成像、术中超声等超声新技术的出现，超声在结直肠癌肝转移的诊断和治疗中发挥越来越重要的作用，成为不可缺少的检查或治疗手段。该文重点综述超声新技术在结直肠癌肝转移诊断和治疗中的临床研究进展。

Abstract

Ultrasound is critical to the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer liver metastases. New ultrasound techniques

such as contrast-enhanced ultrasound

fusion imaging

acoustic elastography and intraoperative ultrasound

make ultrasound an indispensable tool for the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer liver metastases. The present article emphasizes the clinical progress on new ultrasound techniques in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer liver metastases.
