上皮性卵巢癌占卵巢恶性肿瘤的85%~90%，早期诊断困难，转移途径多样，复发率高，预后差。

F-脱氧葡萄糖(

F-fluorodeoxyglucose，FDG)PET/CT分子影像融合解剖结构与葡萄糖代谢信息，在上皮性卵巢肿瘤的良恶性诊断、分期、疗效预测、预后判断、复发性诊断及指导治疗方面有独特优势，临床应用广泛。
