摘要

前列腺特异性膜抗原(PSMA)是一种跨膜糖蛋白，几乎表达于所有前列腺癌，在转移性激素抵抗性前列腺癌中表达量显著增加。放射免疫治疗(RIT)利用放射性核素标记单克隆抗体以实现肿瘤的靶向治疗。本文对PSMA为靶标的RIT进展作一综述。

Abstract

Prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) is a transmembrane glycoprotein

which is almost expressed in all prostate cancers. The expression of PSMA in metastatic hormone-refractory prostate cancer is significantly increased. Radioimmunotherapy combined radionuclide with monoclonal antibody is a kind of targeted cancer therapy. This review will summarize the progress of radioimmunotherapy targeting PSMA.
