摘要

多参数磁共振成像(multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging，mpMRI)是前列腺癌诊断，分期及随访的重要检查手段。本研究以前列腺影像报告和数据系统(Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System Version 2，PIRADSV2)为基础，结合本单位实际临床工作经验，对前列腺mpMRI的技术规范进行介绍，包括MRI检查前准备、设备要求、扫描序列等。
