To investigate the correlation between the degree of pathological differentiation of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and the quantitative indicatormaximal standardized uptake value (SUVmax) of

F-FDG) PET/CT imaging.
Methods:
A retrospective analysis was made in 28 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma confirmed by operation or pathology. The correlation between quantitative parameters of
18
F-FDG PET/CT and malignant degree of cervical cancer was analyzed.
Results:
There was significant difference between SUVmax and t
he degree of pathological differentiation of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (

Conclusion:
SUVmax of
18
F-FDG PET/CT imaging can preliminarily judge the degree of pathological differentiation of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
