摘要

目的：

探讨640层螺旋CT在结肠癌T分期中的应用价值。

方法：

回顾性分析67例经手术证实的结肠癌患者640层CT全腹部+盆腔增强扫描影像学资料，以术后病理T分期为金标准，探讨术前CT对肿瘤T分期的价值。

结果：

全部病例CT对肿瘤T分期的总正确率为88.1%(59/67)，对T2期肿瘤CT分期的准确率为97.0%(65/67)，对T3期肿瘤CT分期的准确率为88.1%(59/67)，对T4a期肿瘤CT分期的准确率为94.0%(63/67)，对T4b期肿瘤的准确率为97.0%(65/67)。两名医师T分期的一致性较好(Kappa=0.707)。

结论：

640层螺旋CT增强检查对结肠癌术前T分期具有较高的准确率，可为临床治疗方案的选择提供参考。

Abstract

Objective:

To investigate the value of 640 slice CT in the staging of colon cancer.

Methods:

The data of sixty-seven patients with colon cancer confirmed by postoperative histopathology were retrospectively analyzed. The results of preoperative T staging by CT were compared with the gold standard.

Results:

The overall diagnostic accuracy of T staging was 88.1% by 640 slice CT. The diagnostic accuracies of T2

T4a and T4b stages were 97.0% (65/67)

respectively. The agreement between two observers was good (Kappa=0.707).

Conclusion:

640 slice CT may provide accurate preoperative T staging of colon cancer

which is an important reference for the clinical management of patie

nts.
