摘要

目的：

探讨高频彩色多普勒血流成像(color Doppler flow imaging，CDFI)在睾丸扭转中的诊断价值。

方法：

将33例超声诊断为睾丸扭转的患者声像图与手术病理结果进行回顾性对照分析。

结果：

33例患者中，睾丸扭转32例、睾丸破裂1例；高频CDFI诊断符合率为97.0％(32/33)。

结论：

高频CDFI诊断睾丸扭转的准确率高，有很高的临床实用价值。

Abstract

Objective:

To investigate the value of high-frequency color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in the diagnosis of testicular torsion.

Methods:

A total of 33 cases of testicular torsion diagnosed by high-frequency CDFI were analyzed retrospectively and compared with surgical pathology.

Results:

Among 33 patients

there were 32 cases of testicular torsion and 1 case of testicular rupture. The coincidence rate of CDFI results and surgical results was 97.0% (32/33).

Conclusion:

High-frequency CDFI has high accuracy in evaluation of testicular torsion and has high clinical value.
