F-FDG) PET/CT imaging in lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer.
Methods:
A retrospective analysis was made including 25 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (ⅠB-ⅣA) in Liaoning Cancer Hospital hospitalized from January 2013 to October 2015. The PET/CT imaging findings were compared to the pathological results.
Results:
PET/CT detected 175 lymph node areas in 25 cases. The sensitivity
specificity
accuracy
positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 64.3% (27/42)
91.7% (222/133)
85.1% (149/175)
71.1%
(27/38) and 89.1% (122/137)
respectively.
Conclusion:
18
