摘要

目的：

探讨宫腔超声造影(CUHG)、经阴道超声(TVS)及宫腔镜(HS)对子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值。　

方法：

回顾性分析2011年4月2013年4月本院应用CUHG检查子宫内膜息肉的患者83例，并与TVS、HS检查结果进行比较。　

结果：

CUHG、TVS、HS诊断子宫内膜息肉的准确率分别为87.95%、78.31%、92.77%；CUHG、TVS、HS诊断子宫内膜息肉的受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)的曲线下面积分别为0.875、0.756、0.923。

结论：

CUHG对发现子宫内膜息肉具有一定的价值。

Abstract

Objective:

To evaluate the diagnostic roles of contrast ultrasonohysterography (CUHG)

transvaginal sonography (TVS) and hysteroscopy (HS) in the detection of uterine endometrial polyps.

Methods:

A total of 83 cases with uterine endometrial polyps were examined by CUHG

TVS and HS from April 2011 to April 2013.

Results:

The accuracies of CUHG

TVS and HS in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps were 87.95%

78.31% and 92.77%

respectively. The areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) of CUHG

TVS and HS were 0.875

0.756 and 0.923

respectively.

Conclusion:

CUHG is valuable in diagnosing uterine endometrial polyps.
