摘要

纵隔子宫是先天性子宫畸形的一种，由胚胎时期中隔吸收受阻引起，是导致妇女不孕、不良妊娠及产科并发症的重要原因之一。近年来随着经阴道三维超声在临床的应用和发展，尤其是子宫冠状面成像可提供更多、更丰富的诊断信息，成为子宫畸形诊断的重要手段。

Abstract

Septate uterus is one of congenital uterine malformations. It is caused by blockage of diaphragmatic absorption in the embryonic stage

leading to infertility in women

one of the important causes of obstetric complications and adverse pregnancy. With the development and application of three-dimensional ultrasonography in clinic

endometrial coronal imaging can provide more extensive diagnostic information

making it become an important means of diagnosing uterine malformation.
