To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in choriocarcinoma.
Methods:
The ultrasonic features and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 15 cases of choriocarcinoma confirmed by pathology in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University from 2010 to 2016.
Results:
Choriocarcinoma usually occurs after abortion or after fullterm delivery
with blood -human chorionic gonadotrophin (-HCG) level going up. Ultrasonography shows a mixed structure in the uterine myometrium
and the lesions are rich in abnormal blood supply.
Conclusion:
The ultrasonography combined with -HCG level and clinical data can provide valuable information for the diagnosis of choriocarcinoma.
