摘要

目的：

通过猪肺激光消融实验探讨激光消融在活体肺组织消融应用中的安全性。

方法：

取健康广西巴马小香猪3只（1号、2号、3号），于24 h和48 h对其左、右肺叶共7个部位行激光消融术，术后复查CT，观察不同时间及不同部位的并发症及进展情况。

结果：

于24 h行消融术后出现3例气胸，1例血胸。于48 h行消融术后2例气胸消失，1例气胸的肺组织出现消融灶周围挫伤，1例血胸未见好转。

结论：

CT引导下激光消融术是安全的，常见并发症是气胸与血胸，改进方法可避免并发症发生。

Abstract

Objective:

To investigate the safety of laser ablation in lung tissues by analyzing its complications in pig lungs.

Methods:

Laser ablation was performed on 7 sites of the left and right lobes in three experimental pigs at 24 h and 48 h

and then CT was used to observe the complications.

Results:

After ablation at 24 h

there were 3 pigs with traumatic pneumothorax

1 with haemothorax. After ablation at 48 h

traumatic pneumothorax disappeared in two pigs

and tissue injuries around ablation area appeared in one pig with traumatic pneumothorax. The pig with haemothorax did not get better.

Conclusion:

CT-guided laser ablation technique is safe

with common complications of pneumothorax and haemothorax. The improved method could avoid the complications.
