To explore the clinical value of dynamic contrast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in breast-conserving surgery.
Methods:
A total of 54 pathologically confirmed breast cancer patients who received breast-conserving surgery were chosen. All cases were examined by dynamic contrast MRI before operation.
Results:
54 lesions were confirmed by pathology after operation. The detection rate of dynamic contrast MRI was 100%. Lesion localization detected by dynamic contrast MRI was completely in accord with pathological results. Lesion size detected by dynamic contrast MRI had high consistency with pathological results (

0.05). The lesions with heterogeneous enhancement
were mostly poorly differentiated carcinoma (13/19).
Conclusion:
Dynamic contrast MRI has significant clinical value in the evaluation of operation feasibility and prognosis of breast-conserving surgery.
