摘要

上海市核学会于2019年对上海市30家医院的核医学科进行调研，了解上海市临床核医学应用现状以及人才培养存在的问题。调查结果显示，核医学专业目前从业人员数与临床需求量之间存在较大的差距，主要体现在对医师、技师和放射化学师的需求，迫切需要社会各界重视核医学人才的培养。

Abstract

Shanghai Nuclear Society conducted a questionnaire survey on the department of nuclear medicine in thirty hospitals in 2019 to investigate the status of the application of clinical nuclear medicine and the problems in talents training in Shanghai. The inquiry results demonstrated that there is a large gap between the number of current employees in nuclear medicine and the clinical demand

which is mainly reflected in the demand for physicians

technicians and radio-chemists. The talents training of clinical nuclear medicine is urgent and should be emphasized.
