摘要

影像组学不断发展，逐渐拓展到正电子发射体层成像（positron emission tomography，PET）影像应用。由于PET影像所反映的细胞代谢与生物学行为密切相关，应用PET影像组学分析可获得更多的细胞生物学信息。目前PET影像组学研究飞速发展，主要集中在肿瘤的诊断、分期、疗效评价、预后预测及分子分型等方面。本综述重点介绍PET/计算机体层成像（computed tomography，CT）影像组学在肿瘤诊疗中的应用现状及所面临的挑战。

Abstract

The radiomics is gradually applied to positron emission tomography (PET) imaging with the development of radiomics. More cell biology information can be obtained from PET radiomics

as the cell metabolism reflected by PET imaging is more closely related to biological behavior. PET radiomics has made great progress in tumor diagnosis

and molecular typing. In this article

we reviewed the application and challenges of PET/computed tumography(CT) radiomics in tumor management.
