To analyze the correlation between ultrasound elastography parameters and TNM staging in patients with liver cancer.
Methods:
Eighty patients with liver cancer admitted to The Second Peoples Hospital of Yichang from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the liver cancer group
80 patients with benign liver disease were selected as the benign group
and 80 patients with non-hepatic disease admitted during the same period were selected as the control group. All patients underwent ultrasound elastography. The examination results of the three groups of patie
nts and patients with different TNM stages in the liver cancer group were compared. The Spearman correlation analysis method was used to test the correlation between ultrasound elastography parameters and the TNM staging of liver cancer patients.
Results:
The comparison of the elastic image compression index and elastic strain rate ratio of the three groups was statistically significant (
P
<0.05). The comparison of the elastic image compression index and elastic strain rate ratio of the patients with different TNM stages in the liver cancer group showed significant differences (
