Methods:
52 patients who in Huadong Hospital of Fudan University underwent

F-FDG PET/CT were selected. Metabolic parameters and number of lesions were measured by both methods
and processing time was recorded. Spearman rank correlation analysis and Wilcoxon rank test were used to compare the correlation and difference between metabolic parameters obtained by the two methods.
Results:
The maximum standard uptake value (SUV
max
) and SUV
peak
measured by the two outlining methods were identical
SUV
mean
metabolic tumor volume (MTV)
and total lesion glycolysis (TLG) were highly correlated and no statistical difference was observed
and the lesion detection ability and efficiency of the auto software were higher than manual measurement.
Conclusion:
The metabolic parameters measured by
