摘要

前哨淋巴结（sentinel lymph node，SLN）状态在乳腺癌、黑色素瘤等以淋巴转移途径为主的肿瘤治疗及预后中具有重要价值。经皮超声造影（percutaneous contrast-enhanced ultrasound，PCEUS）以其简便、经济、无创的优点逐渐应用于SLN的定位和定性检查中，有望成为精准施行SLN活检（SLN biopsy，SLNB）的辅助手段。本文主要综述了PCEUS在以淋巴结转移为主要途径的肿瘤中诊断SLN的应用研究进展。

Abstract

The status of sentinel lymph node (SLN) has important value in the treatment and prognosis of tumors based on lymphatic metastasis such as breast cancer and melanoma. Percutaneous contrast-enhanced ultrasound (PCEUS) is gradually applied to the localization and qualitative examination of SLN with its advantages of simplicity

economy and non-invasive

and is expected to become an auxiliary means for accurate SLN biopsy (SLNB). This article mainly reviewed the research progress of PCEUS in the diagnosis of SLN in tumors with lymph node metastasis as the main approach.
