摘要

恶性肿瘤患者常合并心血管疾病，可明显缩短患者生存期。因此，早期识别恶性肿瘤患者心血管疾病风险和精准预测心血管不良事件非常重要。冠状动脉钙化（coronary artery calcification，CAC）积分是心血管疾病风险和预后的重要预测因子，已经在恶性肿瘤研究中显示出巨大的潜力。近年来，CAC积分在恶性肿瘤中的应用价值逐步受到关注。本文将从CAC发生机制、CAC积分的计算方式、临床应用以及在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展等方面进行综述。

Abstract

Patients with malignant tumors are often complicated with cardiovascular diseases

which significantly reduce the survival of patients. Therefore

it is important to early identify the risk of cardiovascular disease and accurately predict the cardiovascular adverse events in patients with malignant tumors. Coronary artery calcification (CAC) score is an important predictor for the risk and prognosis of cardiovascular disease. It has shown great potential in malignant tumor research. In recent years

the value of CAC score in malignant tumors has gradually attracted attention. This article reviewed the mechanism of CAC

the calculation method

clinical applications and research progress in malignant tumors of CAC score.
