摘要

目的：

建立

F标记的正电子药物中氨基聚醚（Kryptofix 2.2.2）的快速测定方法。

方法：

以经过碘铂酸盐试剂预处理的硅胶G板为载体，将

F标记的正电子药物供试品溶液和氨基聚醚（2.2.2）对照溶液点于薄层板上进行显色。

结果：

氨基聚醚（2.2.2）对照溶液在斑点中心显深蓝色的圆或圆环；供试品溶液中如有氨基聚醚（2.2.2），在斑点中心显深蓝色圆或圆环。

结论：

该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高且重复性好，适用于

F标记的正电子药物中氨基聚醚（2.2.2）的快速检测。

Abstract

Objective:

To establish a method for rapid detection of Kryptofix 2.2.2 in

F-labeled PET radiopharmaceuticals.

Methods:

Pretreated thin layer chromatography (TLC) silica gel plates

saturated with iodoplatinate reagent

were the medium. The

F-labeled imaging agents and standard solutions were applied on the pretreated plate and the spots were visually compared.

Results:

There was a dark blue circle or ring in the center of the spot for standard solution. The similar spot would appeare if the test solution had Kryptofix 2.2.2.

Conclusion:

The method is simple

rapid

sensitive

repeatable and suitable for the detection of Kryptofix 2.2.2 in

F-labeled PET radiopharmaceuticals.
