摘要

肿瘤的异质性无所不在，与肿瘤浸润、耐药和转移正相关。

F-脱氧葡萄糖(

F-fluorodeoxyglucose

F-FDG)PET/CT分子影像是研究肿瘤异质性的最佳手段，其纹理分析已成为异质性研究的热点。本文综述了其用于头颈部和食管肿瘤研究中普遍存在的问题和可能解决方法。

Abstract

The heterogeneity of tumor is conclusive

and it is highly relevant with the invasion

drug resistance and metastasis.

F-fluorodeoxyglucose (

F-FDG) PET/CT molecular imaging is the best tool to investigate the tumor heterogeneity quantitatively by the use of texture analysis. It has become a hotspot in the tumor heterogeneity research. The present paper reviews the identified issues and solutions in the rapid development of PET texture analysis for quantifying the heterogeneity of head and neck cancer and esophageal cancer.
