摘要

射频消融术是临床常用的肿瘤微创治疗技术之一，治疗效果依赖有效射频热场所能形成组织消融灶的形状和大小。肿瘤与大血管的距离显著影响肿瘤的完整消融率，原因之一是血流的热沉没效应影响射频消融中热量的持续聚集。本文综述了热沉没效应对射频消融术的影响及临床处理措施。

Abstract

Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is one of the most common methods for minimally invasive treatment of tumors. The effects of RFA depend on the shape and size of thermal lesions. However

the distance between tumor and blood vessels may affect the RFA effects because of the heat sink effect. Here we review the negative influence of heat sink effect on RFA and the clinical intervention methods for it.
