摘要

三阴性乳腺癌（triple-negative breast cancer，TNBC）是指雌激素受体（estrogen receptor，ER）、孕激素受体（progesterone receptor，PR）及人表皮生长因子受体2 （human epidermal growth factor receptor 2，HER-2）均表达为阴性的乳腺癌。其术后复发率较高，预后较差。本文主要对TNBC的影像学诊断及进展进行综述。

Abstract

Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a distinct subgroup of breast cancer that does not express estrogen receptor (ER)

progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) with a poor prognosis and an increased risk of relapse after surgery. The imaging modalities for diagnosing TNBC and their research progress were reviewed in this paper.
