目的:
研究乳头状甲状腺癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)钠碘同向转运体(sodium iodide symporter,NIS)蛋白表达与糖酵解相关蛋白葡萄糖转运体1(glucose transporters 1,GLUT1)及己糖激酶2(hexokinase 2,HK2)的关系及临床意义。
方法:
采用免疫组织化学技术检测患者NIS、GLUT1及HK2蛋白在癌组织及正常组织中的表达情况。应用SPSS 25.0软件对结果进行统计学分析,

结果:
61例患者NIS、GLUT1和HK2蛋白表达在癌组织及正常组织中的差异有统计学意义(

Objective:
To study the relationship between sodium iodide symporter (NIS)
glucose transporter 1 (GLUT1) and hexokinase 2 (HK2) expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) and their clinical significance.
Methods:
Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NIS
GLUT1 and HK2 proteins in cancer and normal tissues
and analyzed the relationship between the expression of the three proteins and their clinical significance. SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the results
