胶质瘤是最常见的颅内原发恶性肿瘤。氨基质子转移成像(amide proton transfer imaging,APT)是目前一种以磁共振平扫方式反映肿瘤内多肽及蛋白质的氨基质子与水中的氢离子转运水平的技术,可以较为准确地反映肿瘤内的蛋白质水平、pH值等相关信息。在国内外已被广泛应用于胶质瘤的手术前后病情判断研究。本文将国内外该领域的研究进展作一简要综述。
Abstract
Glioma is the most common primary malignant tumor in the brain. Amide proton transfer imaging (APT) is a technique that reflects the level of amide proton transport with hydrogen ions in water for peptides and proteins within the tumor by using magnetic resonance imaging without contrast administration. This technique can more accurately reflect the protein level
pH value and other relevant information within the tumor. Nowadays
APT is widely used in the research of glioma. In this paper
we briefly described the research progress of this technique in China and abroad.
