恶性血液病(hematologic malignancies,HM)肺部感染是临床常见且频发的疾病,早期、准确并快速确定病原体类型是治疗的关键,传统检测手段具有一定可靠性但存在许多不足。近年来,随着宏基因组二代测序技术(metagnomic next generation sequencing,mNGS)逐步应用于临床,病原mNGS在肺部感染病变的诊断中体现出一定价值,HM在不同的阶段出现各种肺部感染往往具有一定的临床特点及计算机体层成像(computed tomography,CT)影像学表现。本文聚焦于mNGS及CT两种检查手段,对其各自特点及HM肺部感染的联合诊断现状进行综述。
Abstract
Pulmonary infection in hematological malignancies (HM) is one of the common and frequent diseases in clinical practice. Early
accurate and rapid determination of pathogen types is the key to treatment. The traditional detection methods have certain reliability but present many shortcomings. In recent years
with the continuous development of metagenomic next generation (mNGS) technology in clinical practice
the application of mNGS of pathogens in the diagnosis of pulmonary infection lesions reflects a certain value
and HM often has certain clinical and computed tomography (CT) imaging characteristics in different stages of various pulmonary infections. This article focused on mNGS and CT examination methods
and reviewed and analyzed their respective characteristics and the current status of the diagnosis of HM pulmonary infection.
